Multiple Award Winning Nimrod Bags Nigerian Society Of Engineers Kaduna Chapter Honour

*Kaduna SWAN hails feat


The President of the Nigeria Volleyball Federation (NVBF), Engineer Musa Nimrod, has again, bagged another prestigious award.

The  award which was bestowed on him on Saturday November 22, 2025, came from the Nigerian Society of Engineers (Kaduna State Branch).

Tagged,  "Award of Excellence" is in recognition of his tremendous and  continuous contribution to the profession, presented to him in Kaduna.


In a statement,  Sports Writers Association of Nigeria  (SWAN), Kaduna State Chapter, described the award as well deserved.

"We are proud that our patron, NVBF President, SWAN National and Kaduna Chapter patron as well as the Chairman of Kaduna State Volleyball Association, was recognised and presented this prestigious award.

"It doesn't come as a surprise, owing to his contributions, not just to sports, the engineering profession, Kaduna State, but to the entire Nigeria," it said.

According to the statement signed by Secretary Kaduna SWAN, Okpani Jacob Onjewu Dickson,  the association was optimistic that the honour would further spur Engineer Nimrod into doing more for the society.

It would be recalled that earlier this year, Engineer Nimrod was presented the highest award from Authentic News Daily, "Man of The Year" at the media outfit's 10th Award and Lecture ceremony, held at the Arewa House Kaduna.
